How to Use the ACFT Calculator

To use the AFT Points Calculator to calculate your test score or promotion points, just start by selecting your gender and entering your age. Then, fill in your scores for each events like the deadlift, push-ups, run time, and so on. Once you’ve entered everything, click the calculate button. Minimum ACFT Calculator Passing Standards

To pass the Army Fitness Test (AFT), every Soldier must meet the minimum performance standard for each event. Below are the official 2025 AFT minimum passing requirements by event, based on raw performance results.

AFT Events

The AFT includes the following 6 events:

1: Repetition Maximum Deadlift (MDL)

This event measures muscular strength, particularly in the legs, hips, back, and grip. In this event, the participant has to perform three deadlifts using a 60-pound hex bar or a trap bar deadlift with weight plates, aiming to lift the maximum possible weight with proper form.

2: Hand-Release Push-Up (HRP)

This event evaluates the upper body endurance and core strength of a soldier. It requires full arm extension and a momentary release of the hands between repetitions. Soldiers are given exactly 2 minutes to perform as many correct repetitions as possible.

3: Sprint-Drag-Carry (SDC)

SDC is a high-intensity event designed to evaluate a soldier’s muscular endurance and ability to perform under physical stress. It includes five 50-meter laps, and each lap contains a different task like sprinting, sled dragging, lateral movement, kettlebell carrying, and another sprint. 4: Plank

The Plank is a simple yet challenging event in the AFT. it tests a soldier’s core strength and balance. In this event, the soldiers have to hold a proper plank position for as long as possible to demonstrate their ability to stabilize the body under tension.

5: Two-Mile Run (2MR)

The Two-Mile Run event is designed to test cardiovascular fitness and stamina of the soldiers. This test requires participants to complete a two-mile run, with their time taken determining their score. This run is conducted on a measured, flat outdoor course.
